Our Rebuilding Process

1. Initial Consultation

We discuss your property, previous home, insurance status, budget, and rebuilding goals.

2. Property Review

We review available plans, insurance documents, cleanup requirements, and property conditions. Qualified engineers or other specialists may be required to evaluate the foundation and remaining structures.

3. Scope and Estimate

We prepare a proposed scope of work and construction estimate. Insurance related work and homeowner requested upgrades are identified separately whenever possible.

4. Permits and Preparation

We coordinate applicable plans, permits, inspections, and site preparation. Fire debris should not be disturbed until required hazardous material removal and cleanup procedures are complete.

5. Construction

We manage the construction schedule, subcontractors, materials, inspections, and homeowner communication.

6. Final Walkthrough

When construction is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough and address any remaining items.
